Ribbon Cutting: Summit Grill – Northland

Celebrate the grand opening of Summit Grill – Northland at their ribbon cutting ceremony! Summit Grill is a casual American restaurant that most recently opened in downtown Gladstone in 2018. Each location is open daily for lunch, dinner and happy hour, as well as Saturday and Sunday brunch. The restaurant’s menus feature a range of options from sandwiches, salads and burgers to hand-cut steaks, seafood and desserts made from scratch by in-house pastry chef. Summit Grill is led by long-time restaurateurs Domhnall Molloy and Andy Lock, formerly of McCormick and Schmick’s Seafood and Steaks, and Culinary Director, Po Wang.
