Join us to hear from our guest speaker, Missouri Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe as he discusses Proposition D. This would increase motor fuel highway fees by 2.5 cents per gallon per year for four years, starting July 1, 2019. After 4 years, the total increase would be 10 cents per gallon. When fully implemented, the increase is estimated to bring in about $412 million annually in new money for safe road and bridge projects statewide.
