Baseball season is in full swing, so we invite you to join the Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce for a special presentation. Bob Motley, the last surviving Negro League umpire and co-author of the book “Ruling Over Monarchs, Giants and Stars” will be joined by his son Byron Motley, and President of the Negro Baseball League Hall of Fame, Bob Kendrick to tell this fascinating story.
