Education Committee Meeting

This year the Education Committee will continue to focus on linking businesses with Northland students’ passions and interest levels through the enhancement of Partners In Education (PIE). In order to experience Northland businesses and provide rich conversations in growing PIE, we will have our monthly, hour long meetings hosted by Chamber businesses. This experience will give the school districts and committee members a hands-on business experience to take back to local school districts and to share with principals, counselors and students. It would also allow the committee to promote PIE and Northland education to the businesses visited. We encourage you to inquire with Teri Laverty, teri@northlandchamber.com, at the Chamber office if you have an availability to host 15-20 educators for one of the monthly meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at noon.
